Richard (Rick) F. Green, President, is a managing partner with Phoenix Consulting Associates and is the founder of Green Communication Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in organizational communication. Before establishing Green Communication Strategies, Rick was employed by leading international consulting, training, and information technology organizations. He was Vice President of Communication Development & Director in the Quality College of Philip Crosby Associates; a Senior Training Consultant for Learning International; and a Marketing Specialist for Unisys Corporation. Major Fortune 50 and 500 companies have implemented his training products in communication, cultural diversity, leadership, and team skills. As an experienced business coach, Rick specializes in coaching top executives and leaders in organizations worldwide. He has advised executives from England, France, Norway, South Africa, India, Singapore, Japan, Canada, South America, Central America, and The Caribbean.

Rejji Hayes, Treasurer Bringing seven years of nonprofit experience, Rejji Hayes is a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities in Chicago. Mr. Hayes also serves on the Advisory Board of The Genesis Project, an Oakland-based non-profit organization which provides housing and education for the homeless, as well as Head Agent for the Class of 1993 fundraising for Phillips Andover Academy. Prior to joining Banc of Americal Securities, Mr. Hayes worked in the Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch in Chicago. Mr. Hayes holds a bachelor's degree from Amherst College and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Rosie Jamison, Secretary, received an Associates degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (focusing on African American History & Inner City Studies) from Northeastern University. Her interest in learning more about the different issues surrounding people that are a part of the inner city (i.e. social behavior, health, teen pregnancy, drug use, etc.) led her to accept the position of Project Coordinator at Northwestern University AIDS Clinical Trials Unit. This position gives her access to up-to-date information on the latest therapy available, and what kind of social impact AIDS has had on our communities. She uses this knowledge to share pertinent information with others, which had made the experience rewarding in every aspect.
